A Military Pass to Inspect the Aqueduct Bridge
A military pass made out to J. J. R. Croes by order of M. N. Wisewell and countersigned by Colonel S. Seymans, Chief Engineer. The pass allowed Croes to cross the bridge and return for the purpose of examining the bridge.
