Albert Einstein (1879-1955)
Einstein was a German-born theoretical physicist, known for his development of the relativity theory. He received the Nobel Prize for Physics in 1921, but in 1934 his work was seized by the Nazis because Einstein was Jewish. He then taught at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton, New Jersey.
