Assembly Line of Cars
Cars began being mass produced in 1913 by the Ford Motor Company. Here is picture from within a Detroit factory taken four years later. In 1927, the final year of the Model T, the price had dropped from $575 to $290, and a total of 15 million cars had been sold.
