Belle Land
Belle Land, a burlesque actress and dancer, appeared in the cast of "Streets of New York," at the New York Academy of Music in 1867. Joining Lydia Thompson in 1869, the actress performed as the Fairy Queen in the burlesque of "The Forty Thieves," also at Niblo's. The actress poses in an evening gown, wrapping its voluminous hem around the chair.
