Adelgisa Cerebelli
Adelgisa Cerebelli, an opera-bouffe dancer, performed in "The Black Crook" at New York's Niblo's Garden in 1867 and in "Undine" at the Brooklyn Academy of Music in 1868. Cerebelli poses in a ballet costume at the Gurney studio, circa 1862.
