Rosa Parks Fingerprinted

Rosa Parks is fingerprinted after being arrested for refusing to give up her seat on a bus to a white man in Montgomery, Alabama. As a result of her conviction a meeting was held at which it was decided that a bus boycott would be an effective way to protest the segregated bus service, the Montgomery Improvement Association was formed, and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was selected as the new organization's president.
